  Cabin is cute, but very rustic and all the furniture/decorations both inside and out are very very old. It was stocked with everything you might need from every possible kitchen utensil (also ancient though) to bandaids and a whole closet full of towels/blankets/etc. It was mostly clean, but there was a thick layer of dust throughout the cabin. It's also very dark inside. The dock with the cabin is unsteady and uneven, so it was a bit dangerous. Our kids played on the little bit of beach at the cabin as the water is very shallow, but there's a public beach right next to the cabin if you'd prefer. The deck is great to sit and watch the most perfect views of the sunset in the evenings. The entrance to the state park is literally at the end of the driveway, so you have easy access to everything there (biking/hiking/walking). We also walked to town several times which is less than a 15min walk. We had deer in the yard every morning and a fox one day. Overall, the rustic atmosphere was cozy, but don't expect fancy or modern.

  The location is great and we loved the private dock and deck. The view from the cabin is as good as it gets. There is also a public beach next door which was great because we have a two year old. The cabin was well stocked with dishes, linens and supplies. The complaints I have are that the outdoor trash cans were not emptied from the previous guests and a bear got into them on the first night. The trash was scattered all over. We had to call the prop. mgr to come empty the cans which should have been done before we arrived. The cabin is also fairly dark inside and the light fixtures were really funky -pull strings on bare bulbs throughout. Also, there was a layer of dust on everything, the blinds, tv, surfaces, etc. But overall, the location is so good that you just have to overlook the other stuff. We would stay there again.
